Okay y'all! So this is definitely not how we planned to launch our blog but what the heck ever if we are being real... Right?

So we have stocked the pantry as much as possible with what is left on the shelves. Some of us are stuck home with the kids when the rest have to go to work and pray they don't get attacked by the biggest case of the cooties since we were like ten and our parents didn't want us to kiss a boy! EWWE! COOTIES! Now we are thinking about the future. What will happen in the coming weeks? (Lets be honest, who the heck really knows?) But here is what we do know...

We know that based on recent events and news, COVID-19 is likely top of mind for you. We wanted to check in and make sure all of our clients and your loved ones are doing ok!

We also wanted to reassure you that we will do whatever it takes to be there for your event or session, whether that’s modifying it to meet your needs or rescheduling it if you’d like to postpone. Whatever you need, we are here to help. We are staying updated on the latest information from the CDC, the WHO and local and state authorities. Guidelines and regulations for gatherings are changing rapidly, today alone CDC guidelines for gatherings have changed twice. We plan on following CDC guidelines for our business as they develop.

We are acting responsibly by avoiding travel to outbreak hotspots; practicing social distancing by holding most meetings online or FaceTime instead of in person; swapping hugs for a friendly wave; and, last but not least, practicing good hand hygiene. Additionally, we are making sure that all of our clients know what to expect from us as per contract.

 Soulgrown Plan of Action

  • Contacting each client that has a session or event planned to see how you are and if we need to discuss rescheduling.
  • Conduct FaceTime consultations and meetings in lieu of coffee meetings to promote social distancing.
  • We will be flexible with rescheduling terms and transferring retainers to new dates without additional fees.
  • Continue to monitor CDC & WHO guidelines for the safety of your family as well as ours.
  • Keep our clients updated when or if any changes occur.

We would love to know how you’re feeling about the situation. Are there any questions or concerns about your event we can help address? Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We are thinking that had sanitizer sounds like a great wedding favor! Don't forget to wash your hands!
